Delivery Terms
The company provides delivery and assembly of ordered products throughout Tbilisi.
Delivery is carried out on the same or next day. Delivery is also possible at a time convenient for you (by agreement). 

Delivery to regions is carried out by courier. Delivery time is determined as 2-5 days. (depending on location).
Taking into account force majeure conditions, the delivery period may change. Delivery to any point in Georgia is free (assembly outside Tbilisi is not included in the service. Delivery only).

Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the user when placing the order. The user is responsible for correctly indicating contact information (address, phone number, payer's name, surname, ID number and other necessary data). In case of incorrectly specified information, the company is not responsible for delivery delays.

Upon receipt of the product, the user is obliged to check the external condition of the product. In case of damage or obvious defects, the customer must immediately notify the courier or the company at 555 32 31 31 or write on social networks. If the delivery could not be carried out due to the customer's fault (incorrect address, unavailability, etc.), the company reserves the right to charge a delivery fee in case of re-delivery. In special cases (adverse weather, transport delays, holiday periods, etc.), the delivery time may change, of which the customer will be informed in advance.

Terms of return and exchange


The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with applicable legislation and the conditions specified below. The product can be returned or exchanged if the following conditions are met:

The product is not used

The original condition of the product is preserved

The factory packaging is preserved

The product labels and attached accessories are preserved

To file a return or exchange request, the customer must contact the company through the contact channels indicated on the site. In the event of a return of the product, the refund will be made using the same payment method with which the payment was made, or by another method agreed upon by the parties, within the time limits specified by law. If the return is made at the customer's request (for example: did not like the product, wrong size, etc.), the return transportation costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the product has a factory defect or was damaged during delivery, the company will provide a replacement product or a full refund without additional costs.

The company reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or the return conditions have not been met.
